The New York Giants was once again amazing in their victory against the undefeated New England Patriots. Despite the loss of star quarterback Tom Brady, the Giants showed great football skills. Eli Manning completed his first career comeback, throwing for a touchdown and running for another. Victor Cruz caught the game-winning touchdown and the secondary held strong against the stellar passing attacks of the Patriots. The win was the Giants’ sixth straight against the Patriots. Now, they have a very good chance to reclaim their throne as Super Bowl champions.

The Cleveland Indians once again failed to show promise, finishing the season on a low note. Cleveland was once again humiliated at the hands of the Pittsburgh Steelers. It seems that the lack of talent on this roster is the biggest issue. The Indians still have no real ace pitcher. Right now, they are simply relying upon journeyman pitchers to keep them in games.

The New York Jets was once again disappointing, finishing with a pair of embarrassing losses to the hated Bills. The coach of the Jets, Eric Mangini, is under fire after coordinator Eric Mangini was caught on camera arguing with the referee during a game. The New York Jets is in disarray and looks like they will be bounced out of the playoffs by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the next week. There’s no promise that Mangini will be able to turn things around, but I wouldn’t put it past him if he wants to prove he can.
